Construction cleaning.
Progressive, programmed cleaning through every phase of your build, from rough in to handover. Fully ticketed crews, $20M insurance, and the same standard whether it's a single home or a 200 lot subdivision.
Cleaning that runs with the build, not after it.
Construction cleaning isn't a one off final clean. It's a programmed series of cleans coordinated with your build schedule. Where a builders clean focuses on the handover ready finish, construction cleaning runs alongside the trades from rough in through to PC, keeping the site safe, presentable, and on program.
Our crews work to your construction sequence. We coordinate directly with your site supervisor so each clean slots in between trades instead of holding up the program, and each stage is signed off before the next trade moves in. Anything found after sign off, we come back and fix at no cost.
Why builders across Australia choose Builders Clean.
Rough cleans behind the wet trades, pre silicone ahead of the caulker, final and sparkle blocked to the days before PC. If a date moves, we move with it.
White Card as standard. EWP, Working at Heights and Confined Spaces where the site calls for it. Inductions done before day one, not on the morning.
$20M public liability and workers comp on every project. SWMS and certificates of currency sent with the quote, not chased afterwards.
The caulker follows the initial clean and the final clean follows the caulker. One contractor sequencing both means no gap in the program and no blame between trades.
Nobody packs up because the hours ran out. A supervisor walks each stage against the scope and the crew stays until it passes.

What is included in a builder's clean?
A full builders clean covers every detail including internal areas, joinery, fixtures, glazing, bathrooms and floors. We remove dust, paint overspray, grout haze, adhesive and construction residue, leaving the site ready for inspection or handover. The exact scope is confirmed in writing before we start.
Do you offer both builders and final cleans?
Yes. We handle both builders cleans after trades and before defects, as well as final or sparkle cleans for presentation before handover. We also provide pre silicone cleans to prepare surfaces for caulking.
Do you include window cleaning?
Yes. Internal and external window cleaning can be added to your package. This includes glazing, frames, tracks, balustrades, mirrors and shower screens.
Are you a franchise or independent?
We’re a fully independent Australian owned business. That means consistent crews, direct communication with the team actually doing your work, and no franchise fees diluting service quality. Everything is reinvested into our crews, training, and equipment.
Who do you usually work with?
We primarily work with builders, project managers, site supervisors and developers across multi residential developments, commercial fitouts, display home villages, retail, and large scale residential projects. We’re set up for both one off engagements and ongoing partnerships.
Where do you service?
We operate across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth, plus regional areas by arrangement.
What do you need from me to quote?
Just the basics: site address, scope (initial, final, sparkle or combination), approximate square meterage or number of dwellings, expected handover date, and any access notes. The more detail you can provide, the more accurate the quote.
How long until I can get a price?
We aim to return detailed quotes within 24 hours. For complex multi stage projects we may schedule a quick site walk to make sure pricing is accurate and scope is locked in.
Do you use subcontractors?
We operate primarily with our own trained crews. Where additional capacity is needed for a specific project, we work only with vetted, insured operators who meet our standards, and we manage the work directly so quality stays consistent.
Can you handle high or hard to reach areas?
Yes. Our team is certified for working at heights with appropriate equipment for high rise window cleaning, facade detailing, scaffolding access, and EWP operation, anything from low rise residential to high rise commercial.
Do you work after hours or weekends?
Yes. We schedule around your handover dates, including evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts where required. This is often necessary on tight handover timelines or in occupied buildings where day time access is limited.
What qualifications and tickets does your team have?
All crew members hold current White Cards (CPCCWHS1001). Where work involves heights, EWPs or specific equipment, the relevant tickets and licences are maintained for those operators. Documentation is available on request.
Are you insured and compliant?
Yes. We hold full public liability insurance and workers compensation cover. Certificates of currency are available before site mobilisation. We operate to current WHS standards and can provide SWMS on request.
Do you offer re cleans or maintenance cleans?
Yes. After handover, we can return for spot recleans before walkthroughs or inspections, as well as ongoing maintenance cleans for display homes, sales centres, and occupied builds. Pricing is per visit or as a package.
Do you take care of waste or debris?
Yes. As part of a builders clean we collect and consolidate construction waste, packaging and protective materials for removal. Bulk debris removal or skip coordination can be quoted separately if required.
Can you work around other trades?
Absolutely, we do this every day. Our crews coordinate directly with site supervisors and other trades to work in sequence, leaving completed zones spotless without interfering with active work areas. Clear communication is part of the service.
What safety measures do you follow on site?
All crews wear full PPE (high vis, hard hats, safety boots, eye and hand protection), follow site specific SWMS, and complete inductions where required. We use only WHS approved chemicals and follow safe handling procedures.
Do you handle caulking as well?
Yes. We offer caulking as a standalone service or combined with your builders clean, internal silicones, external sealants, and recaulking of existing work. See our Caulking page for full details.
Can you work on finished or occupied sites?
Yes. We can work in completed, occupied, or partially occupied spaces with discretion, uniformed crews, controlled access, low noise equipment where needed, and scheduling that minimises disruption to residents or staff.
