Above award, paid weekly.

Casual loading from day one, plus super. Into your bank account every Thursday. No invoices, no chasing an ABN through Xero.

Owner-run

The cousins still walk the sites.

Asel and Khyber founded Builders Clean in 2024 and they are on site every week. The person signing your timesheet is the person who owns the business.

6–12 mths

Promoted from the crew, not the outside.

Our leading hands and supervisors all started as cleaners with us. If you turn up, do the work, and bring others with you, the next step opens up.

Straight up

A few things we will not pretend about.

  • It is early starts and physical work. If 6:30am is not for you, neither are we.
  • You will travel between sites. Sometimes 50km in a day. Travel time is unpaid.
  • You will get dusty. There is no aircon, no desk, no Friday drinks rooftop.
  • We pay PAYG only. No ABN, no contractor splits, no cash in hand.
  • Cleaning supervisors run tight crews. If you bring drama, this is not your gig.

This is a real construction job. Early mornings, dust, long days, and travel between sites. Money is good for the work but you have to want it.

You need:

  • Unrestricted right to work in Australia (we cannot sponsor student visas)
  • A driver licence and a reliable car — you will get to multiple sites a day
  • Mon–Fri availability between 6:30am and 3:30pm
  • To be paid PAYG into a bank account — no ABN, no cash
