The service

Streak free is a method, not a promise.

Construction glass carries render splash, silicone smear, paint overspray and label adhesive. Wiping it around with a rag makes it worse. We scrape, wash and squeegee with pure water methods and pH neutral products, so premium frames and coated glass come up clear without damage.

Crews are ticketed for EWP, Working at Heights and rope access, which means upper facades, atriums and voids get the same finish as the ground floor lobby.

We sequence glazing after the caulker finishes and the bead cures, so nothing is smeared onto fresh silicone and no joint is cut by a blade. Frames, tracks and sills are done with the glass, not left for the defects list.

Every panel is checked in raking light before we call it done. Anything found after sign off, we come back and redo at no cost.
