The Challenge
Two bespoke dwellings under one curved roofline, built side by side by Auzcarp Constructions. Curved render, stone cladding and timber batten screens, wrapped in corner glazing that gives a streak nowhere to hide. Both homes ran the same program, so anything missed in one reads immediately against the other.
The Solution
- Builders clean
Progressive cleans between trades kept dust off finished surfaces, so the final clean started from a known baseline, not a full reset.
- Window and facade cleaning
Corner glazing on both upper levels detailed until the sun could move across the front without finding a streak.
- Caulking
Wet areas and junctions sealed and colour matched across both dwellings.
The last stage took glazing, joinery, stone and the planted terraces through to inspection standard, twice over. A supervisor walked both homes against the scope before we called it done.
