The service

A clean bead starts with a clean substrate.

Silicone fails for one reason more than any other: it went onto a dirty substrate. Dust, plaster residue or overspray under the bead and within months it lifts, discolours or lets water in.

That is why our caulkers and cleaners run as one program. The pre silicone clean preps every joint, the caulker follows straight behind it, and the final clean comes through after the bead cures. Nothing is sealed over dust and nothing is scrubbed off a fresh joint.

Every joint is tooled, wiped and checked before we leave the room. If a bead is found wanting after sign off, we come back and recut it at no cost.
