The Challenge
A six week fitout, delivered over Christmas. Timber floors, brick feature walls throughout, epoxy grout in the back of house, expensive furniture and a kitchen full of appliances, all landing at once. A program most cleaning companies would not touch. So our team went to night works, cleaning through peak holiday season to get it across the line.

- Builders clean
Staged cleans around the trades, so finished joinery was never the dust catcher for work overhead.
- Window and facade cleaning
Glazing to the water, detailed inside and out until the room reads clear from every seat.
- Caulking
Bar, kitchen and wet area joints sealed and colour matched before the operator moved in.
The final stage took brick, brass, banquettes and the bar to a hygiene standard a normal builders clean does not reach. A supervisor walked the room against the scope before handover. Handed over ready to seat diners, and the taverna is already a Fish Markets favourite.
