The Challenge

A bakehouse in Barangaroo, handed over into a live public precinct. Food production areas, customer facing joinery and full height glazing onto a busy walkway, each judged to a different standard. The opening date does not move. The glazing is the first thing a passing customer reads, so it had to disappear.

The Solution

  • Builders clean

Progressive cleans kept finished joinery protected while the fitout continued around it. Production areas and servery detailed to a food safe standard.

  • Window and facade cleaning

Shopfront glazing detailed inside and out, ready for the first customer who walks past.

The final detail ran production areas, servery, joinery and shopfront in one pass. A supervisor walked the scope before handover, and the bakehouse opened to the public, not to a punch list.
