The Challenge
A sculptural cafe by SHEETH inside Chatswood Chase, with shoppers a few metres from the work. Centre security only allowed cleaning outside regular working hours. So our team worked after close, night after night, and the site was spotless before the doors opened each morning.
Access only after the centre closed. Our crew worked the quiet hours and was gone before the first shopper arrived.
Dining, servery, glazing and floors detailed to opening standard inside the access windows. Walked against the scope by a supervisor before the first coffee went out.
