Carlotta Road.
The Challenge
A custom Dallad home on Carlotta Road, Double Bay. Marble benchtops and splashbacks, travertine bathrooms, brass tapware and painted joinery, all of it showing every mark under natural light. A custom build has no repeated details to get into a rhythm with. Each room is its own scope.
The Solution
- Builders clean
Staged cleans through the build kept dust off finished surfaces while trades continued.
- Window and facade cleaning
Full height glazing detailed until natural light stopped finding marks.
- Caulking
Wet areas and junctions sealed and colour matched to the stone and joinery.
The final detail took marble, travertine, glazing, joinery and floors through to sparkle. Walked with the site manager against the scope before the client's first walkthrough.
